In the fast-paced rhythm of life, we are often swept away by anger and anxiety. But just by pausing for a moment and returning to mindful breathing, we can look deeply into the roots of these emotions. Whether driving, walking, cooking, or washing clothes, keep your mind in mindfulness, embracing your anger like a mother cradles her child. When we contemplate, we realize that anger originates from negative seeds in our consciousness, perhaps watered over time by ourselves or others. Yet within us also exist seeds of love, understanding, and compassion. The practice of love is to recognize and nurture these positive seeds. Instead of watering anger, choose to water love and understanding. By doing this, we not only transform ourselves but also spread positive energy to those around us.
