Dealing with dogsDetermine whether an animal or dog is present or notThere are markings, but the animal has not been identified If you ask the customer and the customer responds that there is an animal, politely ask him to move the dog to a safe area (inside the house or cage area) away from the delivery point or Ask the client to meet you in an area that the dog cannot reach (away from the cage - outside the building door). Ask the customer for a safe place to drop off the package that is not in the dog’s area.Note: If none of the above steps are met, update the shipment as Undeliverable, No Secure Location and return it to the station.
