Are you frustrated by the high prices of food?Would you like to grow your own food at a fraction of the price and avoid all those toxic pesticides and additives? There is an alternative. You can emigrate but you will find high prices everywhere. Food is becoming a scarce commodity and even basic foods are now considered luxury items. With this in mind, I decided to start growing my own vegetables and maybe later, some fruit trees. There was only one problem though, I didn’t have enough space. So I did some research and stumbled onto the perfect solution.Vertical Hydroponics. You can plant indoors all year round and not worry about climate conditions. You can grow about 44 plants on 1 square metre of space. Of course you’re going to need a lot of expensive equipment.Follow me on this journey as I look for cheaper methods and DIY tricks to make it affordable for everyone on any basic budget. As we explore different options I will add names of local south african hydroponic shops and their current prices to give an idea of what sort of budget you will need.First, there will be technical explanations on the different aspects of hydroponics and later, actual projects. Experienced and skilled viewers can skip the theory or use it as a reference. Please note – this channel is for growing herbs, vegetables and fruit. Cannabis production is far more complex and will not be covered in any of my videos.Ok, lets start.
