Today, we’ll learn how teachers and schools join us through the affiliation or registration process.Step 1: Facebook Ad CampaignFirst, we run ads on Facebook. These ads explain the benefits teachers get when they join us, like better exam systems, modern infrastructure, and various cultural activities.Step 2: Lead Generation & Consulting CallsTeachers who are interested fill out a form or send messages and comments on our social media pages. Then, our consulting team calls them to explain all the benefits and encourages them to join usStep 3: Sending Demo CopiesIf the teachers want more details, we send them demo copies through WhatsApp or email.Step 4: Follow-up CallsIf a teacher asks for some time or a specific date for follow-up, we call them back on that day until they confirm their decision.Step 5:  Registration ProcessThe registration or affiliation can be done in two ways — online or offline. Teachers can come to our office for offline registration, or they can fill out the form online through our website or app. The fee for West Bengal and North East states is ₹2499, and for other states, it’s ₹3999. This is a one-time fee.Step 6: Verification & Certificate DispatchWithin 24 hours of form submission, we verify the teacher’s details over a phone call and check their ID proof. After verification, within 12-20 days, the affiliation certificate, exam forms, rate chart, and any other necessary documents are sent to the school.This is how teachers and schools join us.
