Welcome to this mindful breathing meditation. Let's begin by finding a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and gently close your eyes.Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling the air fill your lungs... and slowly exhale through your mouth. Allow your body to relax with each breath.Now, bring your attention to the natural rhythm of your breathing. Notice how the air feels as it enters through your nose, cool and fresh, and how it feels as you exhale, warm and soft.If your mind starts to wander, gently guide your focus back to your breath. There’s no need to control it, just observe it... in and out.With each breath, allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation, letting go of any tension or stress. Continue to breathe mindfully, staying present with each inhale and exhale.
