Welcome to our Halloween show! Today, we’re going to learn all about Halloween. Are you excited?J: Hello, kids! I’m Jack the ghost. Halloween is a special time of year when we have fun with costumes, candy, and a bit of spookiness.L: And I’m Lila the witch. Halloween is on October 31st. It’s a time when people dress up in all kinds of costumes, go trick-or-treating, and enjoy parties.S: Hi, I’m Sam the pumpkin! I love Halloween because we get to carve pumpkins like me. We put funny or spooky faces on them and put them outside. We call them Jack-o'-lanterns!N: That’s right! Now, let’s talk about costumes. On Halloween, you can dress up as anything you want. Some kids wear spooky costumes like ghosts or witches, and others dress up as their favorite superheroes or characters.J: (floating around) And don’t forget about trick-or-treating! Kids go to different houses, say “Trick or Treat!” and get yummy candies from their neighbors. It’s a fun way to enjoy the night and get lots of sweets!L: Halloween parties are fun too. You might play games like bobbing for apples, listen to spooky stories, or join a costume contest to win prizes!
